WAFV2022- Resource Kit

Registration for the 2022 Walk Against Family Violence (WAFV) is now open.

Join us, as we take to the streets of Melbourne for the 14th Annual WAFV.
The WAFV2022 event is supported by Respect Victoria as Principal Partner and is organised by Safe Steps Family Violence Centre.
For the first time since 2019, the WAFV2022 will be an in-person event and will begin at Parliament House at 11.00am. More information at walk.safesteps.org.au

If you can’t join us at the Safe Steps WAFV, individual and community walks are encouraged in local areas, particularly in regional and rural communities. Don’t forget to register your walk at the link.

Together, we can prevent domestic and family violence and violence against women.

By joining us for the Walk Against Family Violence, you can help send a message across Victoria that family violence and violence against women is never okay.
You can also share your support for victim-survivors by wearing orange, and sharing a video or photo from your walk using #WAFV2022#WhyWeWalk and #WAFV hashtags on social media.
